Summary:
This project consists of the construction of a new township building for Tyrone Township. The new building consists of office spaces, restrooms, a kitchen, which shall only have the rough plumbing completed, and a garage with sixteen-foot (16’) ceiling height. There is also a new parking lot with 81 parking spaces which shall be stoned and have bumper blocks outlining the parking areas. The bathrooms and doorways shall comply with ADA guidelines. The garage also includes a wash bay with a 30’ x 40’ x 12” drain pit along with 7 garage doors that are 14’ x 14’. This project also includes the installation of a sediment trap which will then be converted into a detention basin for post construction stormwater control. There is also a storm sewer system that needs to be installed within the parking lot. A new septic line and grinder pump shall be installed on the lot, as shown on the provided plans, and a connection to the main force line under Shermans Valley Road shall be completed.
