Summary:
Project Duration-Three Hundred and sixty (360) calendar days from Government granted Notice to Proceed.
Renovation or the North side of building 19-101 Hangar (bathrooms, HVAC and LED lighting) at the Fort Indiantown Gap Pennsylvania National Guard Training Center.
Preform all wall demolition and repair as outlined within the project design documents.
Remove existing acoustical ceiling tiles, grid and drywall ceilings per plans.
Remove existing toilet room fixtures and accessories per plans.
Remove existing floor finishes per plans.
Clean and prep existing toilet room walls and surfaces prior to installation of new finishes.
Install new floor finishes per plans.
Preform all interior painting per design documents.
Install new toilet partitions, urinal partitions, shower partitions, mirrors and toilet/shower room accessories.
Install new acoustical ceiling grid and tile.
