Summary:

Demolish items in accordance with the demolition notes listed on drawing A.1.0.
Install all exterior site facility features, to include but not limited to, concrete slabs, landings,stoops, stairs, railing, etc. Install all exterior facility features, to include but not limited to, metal roof panels, soffits,snow guards, downspouts, boots, rainwater leaders, etc. Install all interior facility features, to include but not limited to, stud walls, blocking, doors, windows, flooring, ceilings, etc.
Review all Unit Prices, Alternates, and Allowances.
