Summary:
Renovation of the existing ZB Cottage at the Loysville Development Center. Renovations include space reconfiguration and MEP upgrades as well as a new sprinkler system. See the summary of work for descriptions. There are 3 base bids and quotes must be separated by base bid. East Coast Contracting is bidding the General Construction contract.
Construction Duration is 426 calendar days from the Contract Intent to Award, approximately 60-90 days after the bid.
