Substantial Completion April 30, 2027

Summary:
The HVAC system is being fully upgraded, the building will be fully sprinkled, ceilings and lighting throughout the building are to be replaced and the entire building is to be painted. The auditorium area is to be completely renovated along with other selected educational areas. The crawlspace of the building will be provided with a vapor barrier and either stone fill or a concrete “floor” to prevent moisture drive through the exposed soils. New water service work for the fire protection is included on the site. The building will be occupied throughout the construction and an intensive phasing plan with shift and premium time work required is to be implemented to carry out the Work
